    How to play Compare Notes

    Every day there’s a short set of seven rounds, the same for everyone and new at midnight your time. It mixes three kinds of question:

    Then compare notes: share your line of squares, see the leaderboards, and keep the day’s facts in your notebook. Missed a day? Every past day stays playable.

    More to play: ten head-to-heads a day for each pack, streak mode, three Balance puzzles and five Stack questions a day.

    Numbers come from open data and are rounded on screen. Every answer shows its source and date. Pairs closer than about 3% are never asked, and no round of the daily set comes back within 60 days.
